1. Eligibility

The It’s Miller Time Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the United States to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Philadelphia Eagles, LLC (the “Eagles”) and Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC (“Molson Coors” or “Sponsor”) and any of their agencies, owners, subsidiaries and affiliates, or the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, grandson or granddaughter, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of each such individuals are not eligible to win a prize. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Eagles (the judging organization), which are final and binding in all respects.

2. Sweepstakes Period

Sweepstakes period begins on September 5, 2022 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on January 1, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). There will be nine (9) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) during the Sweepstakes Period as set forth in the chart below, and two (2) winners will be selected following the conclusion of each Entry Period.

3. Entry

To enter, you must have a valid, public (i.e. not “protected”) Twitter account (“Account”) and follow the Philadelphia Eagles official Twitter account (@eagles). If you do not have a Twitter account, visit www.twitter.com and register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free Twitter account. To enter post a tweet and a photo that shows your Eagles fandom and use the hashtag “#ItsMillerTimePhilly” during the Sweepstakes Period.

Failure to submit your entry within the Sweepstakes Period may result in disqualification. The time of receipt of any valid Twitter entry shall be the time such valid entry becomes available to the Eagles on Twitter.com. The Eagles’ computer shall be the official clock of the Sweepstakes. Upon completing the entry method, and subject to the conditions below, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules.

BY POSTING A PHOTO, ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PHOTO MAY BE POSTED  ON  SPONSOR’S  AND/OR  EAGLES’  WEBSITE  OR  OTHER  MEDIA,  IN

SPONSOR’S DISCRETION. Submission of a Photo grants Sponsor and its agents an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, license and right to publish, use, publicly perform and use the Photo in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration to the entrant.

By submitting a Photo in the Sweepstakes, you hereby warrant and represent that your Photo conforms to the Photo requirements set forth herein.

• Photos must comply with these Official Rules and any Terms of Service on Sponsor’s Website;

• Photos cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any materially dangerous activity;

• Photos cannot promote illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;

• Photos cannot be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group;

• Photos cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or either of their products/services, or other people, products or companies;

• Photos cannot infringe trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others, or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind (other than Sponsor’s brands/products), without permission, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;

• Photos cannot infringe copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media);

• No background artwork should appear in a Photo unless it is an original work of the entrant. Any artwork, murals, etc. that can be seen in a Photo must be created solely by the entrant, or entrant must be the sole owner of all copyright interests therein;

• Photos cannot contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission;

• Photos cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate; and Photos cannot depict, and cannot themselves, be in violation of any law.

PHOTOS POSTED TO TWITTER WERE NOT EDITED BY SPONSOR OR EAGLES AND ARE THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT

THE VIEWS OF SPONSOR OR EAGLES IN ANY MANNER. Any waiver of any obligation hereunder by Sponsor or Eagles does not constitute a general waiver of any obligation to entrants.

By posting a Photo, you agree that your submission is gratuitous and made without restriction, will not place Sponsor under any obligation, and that Sponsor is free to disclose or otherwise disclose the ideas contained in the Photo on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you. You acknowledge that, by acceptance of your submission, Sponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Sponsor, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you.

By posting a Photo you warrant and represent that the Photo: (a) is your original work, (b) has not been previously published, (c) has not won previous awards, (d) does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; (e) that you have obtained permission from a person whose name or likeness is used in the Photo; and (f) that publication of the Photo via various media including Web posting, will not infringe on the rights of any third party rights. Any such entrant will indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims to the contrary. Any entrant whose work includes likenesses of third parties or contains elements not owned by the entrant (such as, but not limited to, depictions of persons, buildings, trademarks or logos) must be able to provide legal releases for such use including Sponsor’s use of such entry, in a form satisfactory to Sponsor, upon request, prior to award of prize.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that his/her Photo will be deemed a Work Made For Hire under the Copyright laws of the United States, but if it cannot be so deemed, then the winner

irrevocably assigns and transfers to Sponsor and Eagles all of his/her right, title and interest in and to his/her Photo, including but not limited to all copyright and trademark rights which he or she may have, in the United States and worldwide, therein, for consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged. Winner hereby waives in favor of Sponsor all rights of “Droit Moral” or “Moral Rights of Authors” or any similar rights or principles of law that winner may now or later have to his or her Photo. Sponsor reserves the right to alter, change or modify a Photo, in its sole discretion. Upon request of Sponsor, winner shall execute and deliver such additional instrument of assignment, as may be solely deemed by Sponsor, reasonably necessary to establish the ownership of record of the right, title and interest in and to the Photo and of the copyrights transferred and “Moral Rights of Authors” waived under these Official Rules. Should Sponsor fail to request the said assignment as stated, that shall not be deemed a waiver of Sponsor’s rights, and Sponsor may at a later time request the assignment.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER TWITTER ACCOUNT AND PERSON DURING SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME

TWITTER ACCOUNT). If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes and all other entries will be disregarded. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the Twitter handle used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to the Twitter handle. The potential winner(s) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Any attempt by any person to submit more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts or any other methods will void that person’s entry and that person will be disqualified. Automated entries (including but not limited to any entries submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified. Tweets that contain information that is deemed to be lewd or profane; material that violates or infringes on another’s rights, including privacy, publicity or intellectual property; material that is hateful or defamatory; material that promotes bigotry, racism, or harm against a group or individual or promotes discrimination; material that is unlawful or in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state; or are otherwise deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, will be disqualified as determined solely by Sponsor.

No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected entry; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/Web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. No mass entries or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the Website via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. Sponsor will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the fullest extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes without notice if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Sweepstakes becomes infected or otherwise corrupted.

Two (2) winners will be selected randomly at each drawing from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period. Non-winning entries from prior Entry Periods will automatically be eligible to win a prize during a subsequent drawing during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified by the Eagles within approximately one (1) day of the random drawing via one (1) direct message to their Twitter account. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winners will be declared the official winners of the Sweepstakes and given instructions explaining how to claim the prize. The potential winners must respond to the Twitter direct message within twenty-four (24) hours of attempted notification and provide his or her first name, last name, address (No P.O. Boxes accepted), city, state, zip code, daytime phone number and age to claim the prize. Return of any notification as undeliverable or if the potential winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of attempted notification with the required information, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety, and a potential alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Final designation as the winner depends on verification of eligibility as determined by Sponsor. Two (2) additional attempts will be made to award prizes to potential alternate winners. If a prize remains unclaimed after these attempts, the unclaimed prize will NOT be awarded. Potential alternate winners will be selected and notified in the same manner and under the same conditions outlined above.

5. Prize/Odds

In accordance with these Official Rules, the following prize package will be awarded to two (2) winners: Two (2) tickets in the Miller Lite Phlite Deck to the Eagles Home Game scheduled to be held at Lincoln Financial Field as set forth in the Drawing and Home Game Chart in Section 4 of these Official Rules (the “Game”) (approximate retail value of each prize: $190). Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for each Entry Period drawing. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted except by Eagles in the event of prize unavailability. Any other costs associated with attendance at the event shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner must comply with all rules and policies of Eagles and Lincoln Financial Field, including without limitation all COVID-19 policies and protocols. Taxes on or connected with the prize and the reporting consequences thereof are the sole and exclusive responsibility of Winner.

6. General Conditions

Winner and his or her guest may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Waiver and Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, prior to delivery of the prize, but in no event later than two (2) days after notification. Failure to return documents timely, or a prize notification or prize being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected. Entrant agrees to grant to each of Molson Coors and Eagles the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, biographical information and essay and/or video as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for, or provide biographical information for use in, any presentation or other activity, which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Molson Coors or Eagles. Failure to make such appearances or grant such rights may result in disqualification with an alternate winner or potential winner selected; and while not obligated to do so, Molson Coors or Eagles may, in their sole discretion, bear such reasonable costs and expenses that Molson Coors or Eagles, in their sole discretion, deem appropriate for winners or potential winners to appear for a presentation or other activity. Further, by accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Eagles, Eagles Stadium Operator, LLC, the NFL, Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC, their respective affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes. 7. Limitations of Liability

Neither Eagles nor Molson Coors is responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Web site. Neither Eagles nor Molson Coors is responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Web site. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Molson Coors, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Molson Coors reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes for any entry(ies) and select the winner from Internet entries and/or mailed entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. 8. Disputes

As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard for doctrines of conflict of law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of- pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
